Cheyenne Soccer Club General Policy Statements
- No player will be allowed to play up in age.
- In some circumstances (size, disabilities, etc.) a player may be allowed to play down in age. Those requests for such action will be submitted in writing to the Cheyenne Soccer Club Board for consideration.
- Per WSSA guidelines, a player may only play in one club at a time.
- All registered Cheyenne Soccer Club teams will play under the association name in tournaments or developmental leagues.
- No registration refunds will be given afer the first game of the season has been played.
- All late registrations (after the last registration date) will be charged an additional $10 to register.
- All additional or replacement shirts will be provided at cost to the player or parent.
- Only Cheyenne Soccer Club registered players may participate in Cheyenne Soccer Club games.
- Cheyenne Soccer Club games can only be made up through an official Cheyenne Soccer Club makeup schedule, or through approval from the Cheyenne Soccer Club Board.
- If a Cheyenne Soccer Club team will be playing in a tournament, all players must be registered. If a player wants to register with Cheyenne Soccer Club and did not play with Cheyenne Soccer Club in the fall or spring Cheyenne Soccer Club season, then that player must register at the normal fee.
- The Cheyenne Soccer Club season will consist of eight regularly scheduled games. If two or more games are missed, the Cheyenne Soccer Club Board has the option of scheduling make-up games.
- Matches between Cheyenne Soccer Club teams must be played at the scheduled times, unless authorized by the Cheyenne Soccer Club Board. Non-scheduled games between Cheyenne Soccer Club teams are considered scrimmages and not an official Cheyenne Soccer Club game. No Cheyenne Soccer Club referees will be present.
- The Cheyenne Soccer Club Executive Committee shall determine when, and if, games are to be cancelled. The Committee will take into account weather, field conditions and player safety. No other person or group (such as coaches) may cancel games. Individual games may be cancelled at referee or GDC discretion if weather, field or other conditions warrant.
- If the Board determines to impose a penalty for violation of the Cheyenne Soccer Club Policy Statements or the Cheyenne Soccer Club Code of Conduct, the penalty shall be determined by the Board.
- It is recommended that all Cheyenne Soccer Club activities need to have at least two adults present. It is also highly reccomended that all non-Cheyenne Soccer Club sponsored activities be discussed and approved by all parents.
