16th Annual CSC Recreational and Open Tournament October 2nd - 4th, 2009

Registration is closed for the tournament. We have posted the preliminary list of teams accepted into the tournament (see below) and the preliminary schedules.

Many of the local teams (CSC Recreation teams) will be playing a game on Friday night (5:15 pm start time). These teams will need to check-in on Thursday evening from 5 - 7 pm at North Cheyenne Park shed.

Field Supervisors

Each team was asked to provide a field supervisor to help the tournament committee during the tournament. The schedule is below. Field supervisors must check in at the headquarters tent at least 15 minutes prior to their assigned time. If you are unable to serve as assigned it is your responsibility to find a replacement.

Check-In

Thursday, October 1st - North Cheyenne Community Park Shed - 5:00 -7:00 pm - All local teams, required for local teams playing Friday night

Friday, October 2nd - Holiday Inn, I80 and Central Avenue/south greeley highway exit - 6 - 8 pm -Out of town teams and local teams that do not play Friday night.

Out of town teams must contact Susan Elliott (307 - 635 - 4625, cheyennesoccer@bresnan.net) if they cannot make the above check-in times, and make other arrangements.

CSC Recreation teams and Out of Town Recreation Teams

  1. signed medical release forms for all players
  2. tournament roster-jersey numbers required, (out of town rec teams need two copies of official roster signed by club or state registrar)
  3. travel papers for out of town teams

Open DivisionTeams

  1. two copies of their official team roster (Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, or South Dakota) signed by registrar. Jersey numbers required.
  2. signed medical release forms
  3. travel papers (if applicable)
  4. guest player permission form (get from state office)
  5. guest player roster form (see above)
  6. Player pass cards
