CSC seeking new board members
The Cheyenne Soccer Club is seeking new board members. CSC has been a volunteer driven organization for over 30 years, providing the opportunity to play soccer to thousands of families in our community. The club is looking for motivated and energetic individuals who are willing to roll up their sleeves and help the soccer club operate the largest youth sporting organization in Wyoming. You do not need to be a soccer coach nor have soccer experience to be on the board! The CSC board of directors is a working board. As such, board members are expected to attend board and committee meetings and contribute to the success of all the programs. Besides attending monthly meetings board members help setting up and taking down goals, recruiting coaches, seeking sponsorships, planning and putting on the tournament, helping with tryouts, attending game days and a variety of other duties needed to keep the club running.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to get involved and make a difference in a program that serves over 1,500 soccer players in our community. If you are interested and want to learn more about the board, please contact CSC at cheyennesoccer@bresnan.net or call 635-4625.
