Cheyenne Soccer Club
Youth Recreational Soccer

The Youth Recreational program is organized to provide a fun soccer experience in a recreational environment. Players play games with other teams in the club and do not travel. Volunteer coaches, under the guidance of the Club's Director of Coaching, provide a learning experience that embraces the team and respect for others.

Registration Fees
 As of August 1st a late fee of $40.00 is already included on u6-u19 registrations.

Registration fees for the upcoming Fall 2017/Spring 2018 season:

  • Under 4 - Fall & Spring $84 per child.   Fall or Spring only - $63 per child

  • Under 6 - Under 8 Fall & Spring - $114 per child. Fall or Spring only - $93 per child

  • Under 10 - Under 14 Fall & Spring - $138 per child.  Fall or Spring only - $102 per child

  • Under 15-Under 19 Fall ONLY - $102 per child

A $5 discount for multiple players from the same family






Age Brackets 2017/2018

Players will be placed in their appropriate division based on their date of birth.

Determining age group is the child's date of birth PRIOR to August 1st



Freshman girls in high school have the option to play down for one year in the U14 division.



Scholarships

There are scholarships available for those in need of financial assistance. Click Here for more information.  Must be received by July 1st for the upcoming full and fall season and Feb 25th for spring only.


Tentative Dates

Recreational games are played on Saturdays in the Fall and Spring. The Club may schedule games during the week for rescheduled games.

Tentative Dates for Fall 2017

Practices Start: Week of August 28th.

First Game: September 9th.

Team Pictures: Sept 23rd and Sept 30th.

Last Game: October 28th.

Tentative Coaches meeting: August 14th.

Tentative Dates for Spring 2018

Practices MAY Start: Week of March 26th.

First Game: April 14th.

Last Game: June 2nd. (No games Memorial Day weekend)

Coaches receive rosters: Mid March.


Team Assignments

For the full 2017/2018 season (Fall and Spring) players they will remain on the same team for both Fall and Spring.

Practice Policy

Soccer practices may be held three times per week prior to the start of the season and two times per week during the season. Scrimmages, non-league games and scheduled evening games count as practices.

Coaches are limited to three contacts with players per week. Times and locations of practices will be determined and communicated by each coach.


Refund Policy

Refund policy for U6 and older players is as follows below:

 

  • $15.00 deducted from registration fee paid for any cancellation, up until the July 31st or February 28th deadline.

  • Fall/Spring or Fall only registrations: $45.00 deducted from registration fee paid if requested after July 31st but prior to the first scheduled game of the Fall season.

  • Spring only registration: $45.00 deducted from registration fee paid if requested after February 28th but prior to the first scheduled game of the Spring season.

  • Full refund if requested for medical reasons minus the cost of the uniform if received, and minus $20.00 cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be issued after the first game in either season.

  • Spring only registration: $25.00 deducted from registration fee paid if requested after February 28th.
